This one-day workshop will boost your confidence with contact lenses and give you the knowledge to be able to handle everyday questions from customers.
The day starts by looking at the advantages of contact lenses, the different types, modalities, and designs. The assessment process is reviewed so that you have an understanding of the process. The contact lens ‘teach’ is covered and looks at both soft and RGP lenses. Contact lens care and the aftercare are also covered during the day.

Who should attend?
The workshop is suitable for all members of your practice, from receptionists, optical/dispensing assistants, HES department support staff, new members and exisiting staff who would like a refresher and those involved in contact lens ordering, admin or teaches.
