v0.7.4 – results sorting feature added

V0.7.3 – print function added, so you can print a list of matching lenses

v0.7.2 – BBGR added

V0.7 – a big milestone as we now have all the search categories working (we think).

This should mean that you can now search for bifocals, trifocals, PPLs, occupational lenses, near-boost/accommodation support and myopia control. 
Please note that at the moment we only have Hoya lenses in the system. This is because we are still in Beta testing mode.

Lens Finder

Search verified UK ophthalmic lens catalogue ranges by prescription, required diameter and refractive index.




Switches plus/minus cylinder without changing the optical prescription.

Use signed cylinder (e.g. −2.00 or +2.00); the matching engine handles transposition as required. Axis accepts whole and half degrees.




Only specifically validated prism configurations can match; an unknown restriction is not confirmation.

Catalogue specifications were believed accurate when last verified (date shown per result). They may change without notice. Results are a technical catalogue reference, not an ordering guarantee. Confirm current availability, powers, coatings, fitting restrictions and any additional limits with the manufacturer before prescribing or ordering. A catalogue match does not prove an appropriate finished lens can be supplied.
